I recently sold my house and Greg was my realtor. I previously had interviewed two other realtors who did not want to list my house at my expected price of $169000 saying it was too high for the area . Greg listed my house at my expected price. So i ended up with an extra $15,000. If i could give a 10 star review I would. Greg was very attentive from the beginning. Not only did he hire a professional photographer to take photos but he also showed up two hours before closing to see if we needed help to empty the house. He came with rags to help clean and a big garbage bag to put last minute garbage in. He pitched in to help clean wherever needed, from windows to last minute bathroom spruce up. I have bought and sold 10 houses in my lifetime and never encountered such a wonderful realtor. $169,000 The house was sold at 165,000 so I gained an additional 15,000 in profitgoing with Greg.

My step daughter and her husband were my points of contact to get everything to Maureen and help me to set up appointments for getting access to the house, keeping up on the showings, and getting all the paperwork done. Maureen was great to help make things easy for all of us. She was respectful, understood the situation and made everything simple and easy for us to manage all the details. Maureen Edwards is a knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Unfortunately, neither she nor her agency had any clients interested in my lake property. However, through word of mouth in my community I was able to find a buyer. I was disappointed that she tried to get an extra percent commission on the sale during the closing process. When brought to her attention she agreed to correct it.
