Prior to representing buyers and sellers in real estate, Philip worked in the manufacturing industry for twenty-five years, and had worked at L’Oreal Cosmetics for ten years. In 2001, he moved to Northeastern Pennsylvania where he then started his real estate career in 2006. His favorite real estate story is when he had the opportunity to meet Ryan Gosling while filming “Blue Valentine” in a property that Philip had listed at the time. Philip currently resides in Lake Ariel with his wife of almost forty-years. There he has a small farm where he raises a horse, chickens, ducks, geese, turkey, and goats. He has two grown children and four grandchildren.

James Ashby says that he has been working since he could walk. He started on his grandfather’s farm and, at age 12, began helping at the family market in Waymart PA, Cavage’s Country Farm Market. James has become a well-rounded salesperson with project management, communication, and new business development skills through his association with PA Amish Structures, where he sells and manages the installation projects for recreational structures, garages, and sheds. He also has several years of building and construction-related experience from his employment at Grimm Construction and Pioneer Construction Company.
The next logical step for James was real estate sales and he is excited to be on the Lewith & Freeman team. James specializes in residential real estate in Wayne and Pike Counties. James is an organized multi-tasker, detail oriented, trustworthy, dedicated, and decisive with excellent communication and leadership skills.
James graduated from Western Wayne High School. He studied Electrical Construction Technology and contract drawings at Johnson College in Scranton, PA and graduated as an Electrical Line Worker from Northwest Lineman College in Daytona Beach, Florida. James holds the NCCO Crane Certification, a Metering Certification, and the OSHA 10 Electrical Transmission & Distribution Certification. He received his real estate training at Polley Associates School of Real Estate.
James is a NEPA-area native with extensive ties to several communities. He has lived in Honesdale and Waymart and is currently residing in Forest City. James likes to spend his free time golfing, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

Cynthia Cavage-Landmesser was born and raised in Waymart PA, grew up on a farm and is the youngest of six siblings. For many years, she played a key role in the family-owned and operated farm market and transit companies. In client support and administrative roles, Cynthia also worked for many years with her husband at their IT/Cloud Hosting Businesses.
Her love of real estate came as a young girl going on Sunday rides with her father, always looking to see what hidden gems were on the dirt roads in NEPA. In early 2000, she launched a successful real estate career for four years before heading back into the healthcare arena.

Excellent confident and kind communication, years of in-depth industry knowledge.
Prior to listing our home, Maureen met with us to inform us of the whole process. She brought other realtors from her office to ask for advice, and to gauge current listing experiences from all of them and how our home would compare. After consultation and collaboration, we listed our home and it sold for the asking price in one day. Maureen then assisted in securing inspection help and communicated throughout entire process with buyers and agents. We were incredibly lucky to have her as our realtor. Her years of experience, kindness and confidence throughout process made a complicated process easy to navigate. Would HIGHLY recommend Maureen to anyone in need of a realtor.

Goes above and beyond to make buying a house as stress free as possible
Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He has a great eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to help me get a house. His experience in real estate shows through his relationships with other agents, loan officers and real estate attorneys. He was able to work with everyone else involved to get the house closed quickly and as stress free as possible. While looking for houses he made time to see them as quickly as possible as well as submitting offers quickly. He did research and asked all the right questions before looking at a potential house to ensure there would be no surprises. It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. As a first time homebuyer I didnt know what I was doing but Phil helped through every step and was insightful and thoughtful throughout the process. I have worked with other agents before Phil and no one had the integrity or determination that Phil has. He follows through on his word and works hard to make sure that not only do you get what you're looking for, but also that you are happy with what you're buying

Responsive, personable and enjoyable to work with.
I've relocated to the area from out of state and enjoyed working with Greg Pollock on my home purchase. I now consider him a friend. He is invested in the area, with a strong sense of community and knows it well. My purchase had some challenging aspects that delayed the sale and added unforeseen complexities. Throughout the process's Greg showed that he is professional, a good listener, knowledgeable, and has personal integrity.
