We met Carlyse while we were looking at a piece of property that was not her listing, and we were so impressed with her eye for detail, her tenacity to do right by her client, and her overwhelming sense of integrity that we hired her on the spot to be our real estate agent. It wasn’t for another year that we found the right property to suit our financial needs; however, Carlyse patiently worked with us until everything fell into place, and we were ready to purchase our dream vacation home at a price we could afford. She knows the real estate business inside and out, and she knows the area because she grew up in Pensacola. That’s so helpful for outer-towners like ourselves. She helped us understand Florida real estate laws, the particulars of what is and is not the buyer’s responsibility, and she even helped us set up our utilities once the closing date was set in stone. There were several points of contention with the owners during the purchase of our home. Carlyse was tough when she needed to be, and gently persuasive when a kind word was all that was called for. She is instinctive like that. She understands that buying a home can be just as much of an emotional roller coaster ride for the sellers as it is for new home buyers.
