Rachel supplied my wife and I comps to base our selling price on. She supplied market information to help us with our decision. Rachel communicated with the tenants to keep them informed of what was happening as we wanted to be able to keep them in the house if possible. It was great experience. Mike spoke to some of the neighbors and had additional information about the house and some of the updates that had been done. He was in contact with us as well as the listing agent and kept us informed through the whole process. He listened to our needs and interests and provided suggestions and information along the way. Closing was a breeze and uncomplicated and we could not have been happier. If we wanted to buy more property we would use Mike again.
