Excellent experience from start to finish with our realtor De'Erika Watson!

To start, we learned about De'Erika from our Cross Country Mortgage representative. De'Erika came highly recommended. I must say she that she exceeded our expectations from the beginning by communicating with us and making herself available. She instantly found out what we wanted, what we were looking for and how she could best help us. She got us started by sending us listings with our house preferences. De'Erika also made herself available based on our schedule to personally show us any listing we wanted to see, despite it being quite a drive for her. When we narrowed our choices down to two homes, she represented us by asking the "right" questions as we were first-time home buyers. She also made sure that the sellers/builders were held to a standard that represented our best interest. I must say that De'Erika was awesome and knowledgeable. She was there every step of the way and I don't think we could have had a better realtor to work with. De'Erika has definitely earned the high praise and recommendation that she was given. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that I know who is entering in this crazy journey of home ownership. We owe De'Erika a very high debt of gratitude because even though Lennar made our purchase somewhat of a difficult experience, she was there every step of the way to make it a successful buying experience.
