Great at negotiating incentives with the builder!

Cat sent this house to me as soon as the builder dropped the price. Then she negotiated over 26k in closing costs which helped buy down our interest rate. She stayed in constant contact with the Lennar mortgage rep and the builder and when the mortgage rep dropped the ball, sent in Margaret Bunch at Cazle Mortgage to pick up the pieces. We received our dream home just in time for Christmas! I can’t thank her enough for finding our family our forever home!
