Chris made the process of buying a home easy. He has been in the real estate industry for many years and in working with him his experience proved to be invaluable. Chris was thorough in preparing my purchase and sales agreement and inserted special wording to protect me. He was diligent about meeting deadlines and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He also checked town records to verify that certain home improvements were documented. Chris was also excellent at negotiation! After I made my initial offer, there were issues that came up in the home inspection and Chris used those items to re-negotiate my sales price. I heavily relied on Chris to do this and he wrote up a document outlining the issues which resulted in a new negotiated sales price. Additionally, he helped me negotiate the purchase of other household items from the seller. I have been through this process two other times and I feel that my experience with Chris stood out. I highly recommend him.
