The next day I met Yvette and ended up buying the second house she showed me, having viewed only 3. Two offers were already pending on the home and Yvette shepherded me through the white-hot housing market, helping to nuance my offer in a stepwise manner, as needed to make the purchase. The closing date was short and Yvette organized my meeting with a lending institution, inspection companies, and the due diligence and earnest money offerings.
