I have bought and sold a few homes. Hands down Mrs. Ganem has been the most professional real estate agent I have ever encountered. As a first time buyer I was nervous and had a lot of questions about the process. Estela was fantastic every step of the way. She was really patient with me and she was always available, answering my questions and keeping me informed through all the process. Estela went above and beyond, she was always sending me potential properties and scheduling visits. She found the perfect house on the specific area I was looking for (even though it seemed impossible to find). She took the time to carefully review the home inspection report with me, advised me and showed amazing negotiating skills with the seller getting me a great deal. Estela was also always in constant communication with my lender and the other parties involved to ensure the process was on track. Thanks to her efforts we were able to close 2 weeks prior the estimated closing date! Her knowledge, experience, kindness, communication skills and proactiveness made a purchase process that seemed stressful, very simple and quick. I definitely will recommend Estela to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I'm sure she will exceed anyone's expectations as she did on mine.
