•Chrissy is everything you need in a realtor: She asks pertinent questions, she tells you directly what to expect, what is realistic — (or very nicely what is not), knows when to push on negotiation, manages expectations, and comes fully prepared to support in whatever way you need. One of the BIGGEST assets with her was the support on our blue tape walk through in our new build. We spent hours taping the home inside and out, even when the builder promised certain things would be covered under warranty (big surprise- If we listened to that advice we would have been stuck with things “as-is” after purchase, in our new home, that was most definitely NOT covered under our warranty as suggested.) Chrissy is the kind of realtor you tell everyone about - thoughtful, experienced, connected. She is the kind of person you want to loop in as you make your home truly your home. If you’re looking for someone that sincerely cares about your goals & dreams, is responsive and attentive— even after closing—- then Chrissy is the person to help you in your home buying journey. I can’t sing her praises enough.
