Randy worked with me to sell a home I could no longer afford to keep. He was accommodating to my budget and patient with my timeline. He was always available to help answer questions over phone or text. I told him up front that I wanted to make sure I didn't lose money on the sale. He was honest with me in his assessment that the project would be tough, but doable. In the end, he helped me find the perfect buyers and I was able to recover part of my initial investment. I was beyond pleased with Randy's knowledge of the market and commitment to his word, and I plan on reaching out to him in the future if I'm house shopping again.
