We landed our dream home -- a 2 family in the hyper competitive Arlington market -- earlier this year. The process from the excitement of the acceptance through the paperwork of the closing was made so efficient and less stressful by working with Martha. She was happy to explain all the steps that would be required to close and was a wealth of information and assistance with an amazing attention to detail. While we're thrilled at having a home of our own, there is definitely a part of us that misses exploring the weekend's listings with Martha!
