She arrived at our first meeting well informed and prepared, gave an excellent presentation, had a well-organized packet, knew the local market very well, and had realistic expectations re: pricing. From that point on, she gave excellent feedback via. phone and emails. She sent regularly scheduled updates re: potential buyer appointments/showings complete with comments and feedback. Also, she worked well with other realtors representing potential buyers. Lauri remained calm, cool, collected, patient, and professional under unexpected and/or stressful situations. She wanted the best for me and she did a remarkable job in providing an excellent outcome. I was only in DE for a week - then returned to Maine, yet Lauri was always available to answer questions or update me in a timely fashion. The other three agents I interviewed were very good, however, Lauri was superior and we were a good match.

Lauri is not only an amazing realtor, but also an amazing person to work with. Lauri stood by my fiancé & I for the past 2 years while we tried to determine where we would end up living, whether it would be Delaware or Pennsylvania.
