Laura is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of buying and selling homes. I have used her for both. She knows the legal and financial aspects of the transactions and is always available to answer questions or provide reassurance. Laura returned phone calls always in quick fashion and never rushed me when I had several questions. As importantly, Laura has in-depth knowledge of the mechanics of any structure. She was instrumental in pointing out areas of concern as well as identifying sound and well constructed features. Her expertise in this area is outstanding.
