She was able to get all the information ready for the buyer in a speedy manner, and even serve as a liaison between the HOA and the buyer to push the process forward. Because I was living in another city at the time of the sale, she even helped me with the cleaning details connecting me with the correct people and I was charged a very reasonable charge. I have done several transactions with other realtors all over the country, but I have to say that I have never seen such professionalism, proactiveness, and commitment. Romina goes well above and beyond the normal "realtor" job, to become a real state advisor always seeking her client's benefit. She helped me to get almost 200% profit from the property we sold.
