•We bought a house! A charming 1900’s small home in a neighborhood near downtown in Moscow, Idaho that I call our Fairy Cottage. And we did this sight unseen. Both our sons and their families have lived in Moscow for almost a decade now and we have dreamed of having a second home there for longer visits. And this May, with the help of Angie and Mike Spellman, who were highly recommended to us, we were able to pursue this dream. Because of their professionalism and approachability, their knowledge and trustworthiness, their ease in guiding us through each step long distance via Internet, their willingness to create videos, virtual tours for us and to arrange times for our kids to tour the place, and their skill at listening to and answering our questions and concerns, the whole process was easy and fun. We both highly recommend Angie and Mike Spellman as the realtors to choose.
