Larry was a great help to myself and my husband. We had found a house we wanted and also wanted to sell our house. We were very worried about the quality of the market and how long it would take our house to sell. Larrry had a really good feel for our local real estate market. He was very honest and straight with us about what he felt he could sell our house for and we actually sold it within 2 days of it going on the market. The home we bought required some, let's say, clever timing with the offer and counter and it worked out wonderfully. We have worked with many real estate agents in the past due to numerous transfers with my husband's job and Larry was the most consistently, thorough, and professional we have worked with. Working with Larry during the process of finding and purchasing our home was a pleasurable experience. He continuously was helpful, prompt, kept our discussions confidential, and the entire time we felt his integrity was beyond reproach.<br/><br/>When we first met Larry, he spend time understanding our wants, needs and price point. He then showed us homes within that criteria. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Albemarle area and its neighborhoods. He readily provided information regarding comparable prices of homes in the area, the school system, chuches, physicians, etc.. He even assisted us at closing when an issue arised regarding sale of our prior home. We found Larry to be available for questions at all times, from early morning to midnight.<br/><br/>We will use Larry again should the need arise and we heartily recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
