•My homebuying experience with Gene was great. Buying a home can be stressful. From negotiating with seller to dealing with mortgage paperwork submissions to finally getting to the closing date. Gene was available via phone, email, text message to answer questions I had about my home buying process. He was prompt on keeping me updated on issues pertaining to buying my home. Gene went out of his way several times just to allow me and my family view the house we were purchasing and I felt comfortable asking him questions about looking for a home to buy and he offered great advice. I would recommend Mr. Evans to my friends and family for purchasing or selling a home.
