•Wendy has become much more than a realtor to our family. She helped us buy this house one and a half years ago and all went smoothly. Then, when the unforeseen happened and we suddenly needed to return to our previous out of state home, she helped us rent this home and found us excellent renters. When we decided we were not going to return she helped us to sell this home while we were still out of state. Wendy ran interference on many issues that came up, making phone calls, asking questions and always, always communicating with us. With her experience, she recommended good tradespeople in the community that were reasonable and knowleagable. When I say she helped, I mean she was always there for us, offering advice when we asked for it, finding answers and handling problems when they arose. She is thorough, knowleagable and professional, but more than that, she is your best friend when you need one. We cannot tell you how many times we were thankful for her pleasant personality, helpful nature and complete professionalism. We know you will never regret selecting Wendy as your realtor.
When we met Wendy we knew immediately that we wanted her as our real estate agent. Wendy is knowleagable, experienced and professional. She doesn't hype. She is detail oriented. She researches information to get you the answer and sometimes she asks the questions that you don't think to ask. Wendy facilitated our purchase of a property from out of state. We are now renting that house and guess who is our property manager. Yes, Wendy. We have the upmost confidence in her and recommend her without reservation.
