•Heather is very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. We moved out of town prior to our house selling. She was willing to check on it when we couldn’t get back to town. After selling it, the inspector required a few boards on the deck be replaced and painted. The boards were replaced but not painted prior to the inspector wanting to return and check on it—Heather went over and painted it so we passed inspection!!! She can recommend any repairman, cleaners, or whatever you may need to get an older home ready to sell. We highly recommend her!!!
