•We are on our 5th Allyson Sullivan Real Estate deal and each one keeps getting easier. Even though I've known Allyson for several decades I had worked with enough realtors previously to know when agents sell a house or when a house sells a house. The difference comes down to marketing and networking. If you've ever walked down the street in Downtown Delray with Allyson, you would realize you never want to hire anyone else. She could literally run for Mayor and win without a single campaign event. She knows more people then anyone I have ever known (and remembers their name) but that doesn't stop her from making sure your property and interests come first. She excels at marketing for sure but you hire Allyson because there's always a good chance she can sell your property without even listing it or find you something before it's listed if you're buying. Her network is that big and it's not limited to South Florida. We adore her for her sense of humor and charm but we hire her because she is amazing at what she does.
My husband and I entered the selling market in Delray when the market softened. We knew it was not going to be easy but we were determined to find the right realtor for the job. We interviewed four of the biggest brokers in Delray. Allyson Sullivan, (Lang Realty), was the only broker that had a realistic approach to getting the job done. She came with all the backup we needed to price our home appropriately and provided a clear strategy to get it sold. She worked very hard with many showings, open houses and professional marketing efforts which showcased our home beautifully. Throughout the entire process, Allyson was incredibly responsive to us both...guiding us through this highly stressful process. Thank you Allyson! We were lucky to find you!
