•My wife and I had Laura Urness sell our condominium in Hypoluxo, Florida. Knowing that internet photo presentation is extremely important in the sale of one's unit, Laura obtained impressive, professional pictures of our condominium and sent them to on-line real estate sites. Additionally, she marketed our unit in local publications. Laura has extensive knowledge of the Palm Beach County area. She has the rare real estate agent qualities of honesty and integrity, as her word is her bond. Laura is excellent getting a seller prepared with the documentation necessary for a sale. Laura is terrific about getting back with us immediately after our phone messages, and is always pleasant. Yet, her strongest quality may be her negotiation skills, as we were able, despite a much lower bid, to sell our unit at the list price. Additionally, Laura was able to negotiate a short closing date that was suitable for us and saved us money. Overall, I would easily rate Laura a 5.0 on a 5.0 scale and recommend her to friends and family.
