•As a first time seller, selling a historic property and from a long distance, let's say that choosing Brian Jackson as my realtor was a great business decision. I chose him in part because he exhibited the same sense of urgency I felt about getting the property listed. HIs local market knowledge and past sales were critical in guiding me regarding the listing price. Brian was always highly professional and quick to respond to any communication via text, email, or phone. The physical details of selling a large property were significant and made more difficult by the long distance. Brian offered and I accepted his help/advice to accomplish these things. I would hire Brian Jackson again without reservation.
