She pivoted and got us to another builder

In today's environment, house there one minute gone the next. It was a real pleasure to Quin on our side. We started a contract on one home for it to fall through due to the builder not being about to close out the house. She pivoted and got us to another builder and drove it across the finish line. Very helpful! I and very happy with the way this turned out.
