Tracy is simply amazing. She has been our buyer's agent twice, and both times were a phenomenal experience. She is extremely reliable, responsive and knowledgable. Her familiarity with the Flathead Valley area (we bought in Kalispell) and the process helped us rest assured we were in very competent hands. Her people skills and negotiation skills are really impressive for getting the job done and keeping things moving along in a positive direction. She went above and beyond for us, being present when we couldn't and making sure everything went smoothly. We would for sure use her again!

Tracy Brink is the most efficient, caring and remarkable realtor I have ever worked with. We sold our home in California and only had one week to find a home in the Flathead Valley. I am very picky because I loved our beach home but wanted to get out of California.When I was ready to give up after 5 days of hating every house we saw, Tracy said she had one last house we could look at. It was perfect and we put in an offer immediately. She was with us through every step of the sale and even though we have lived here 10 weeks now she still checks on us to make sure all is well.

This summer Tracy Brink was our Real-estate Agent in the sale of our home. Tracy gave us much advice on how to get our home ready to sell. We listened to her advice and put a lot of time and work into prepping our house to sell. I really feel this helped our house sell quickly and was well worth our effort. The pictures she had the photographer take really highlighted the best qualities in our home and made it attractive to sellers. This is so important since buyers first impression is usually online before they even see the home in person. Tracy was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. She made sure that we were her number one priority and helped us to understand every step along the way, especially since we had never sold a home before. Throughout the process she made sure to ask the right questions for us, kept us informed and updated, did additional research, and made sure that our needs were heard and met. Tracy really helped us with making important decisions by informing us of all the possible angles and pros and cons to a situation. We were happy that we hired her as our agent and highly recommend her services to others.
