Sheila is extremely knowledgeable in the area I purchased my house. She ensured that everything was handled in a timely manner and gave excellent references for any services that I required pre-purchase. Highly recommend!

Working with Sheila was a pleasure from beginning to end. She responded to all communication very promptly and knowledgeably. She made herself available to look at homes when it was convenient for us, and made suggestions for homes to visit outside of our original search. It was one of those homes we ended up buying! Very informative regarding the Deep Creek Lake area.

My wife and I started our search with a different agent from a different company. It was almost like they didn't want to work for us. After losing a house that we wanted we decided to change companies. Sheila Howell was chosen for us. She immediately went to work for us. She was available to us any day of the week at any time of the day. If we had questions she responded immediately. Within days we were under contract on a house and are now proud owners. We can not say enough good things about Sheila.

Sheila helped us price our property appropriately. She got a great deal of traffic to our property, and kept us posted every time there was a visit, advising us of the reaction of the prospective buyers. Ultimately, a buyer was found and Sheila guided us through the process seamlessly. Essentially, this is what you want in a real estate agent. Someone who really knows what she is doing, who works hard, and takes you through the process personally.
