"After being transferred to the southern states in 2013, my wife and I decided to relocate back to New England to be closer to family. We sent out inquiries to several realtors in central Massachusetts. Rosemarie Ledogar was the only realtor to respond to us and stayed in touch as we prepared and then sold our home in South Carolina. Rosemarie also gave us contact info for lenders in central Massachusetts that was very helpful. We sold in South Carolina rather quickly and relocated to a hotel in Massachusetts to begin our search for a new home. We were in contact with Rosemarie at least once daily. She was always available when we either had a question, needed her professional opinion or wanted to view a property. We toured over 15 properties with Rosemarie, attended several open houses, bid on four properties during the current real estate "feeding frenzy" in Massachusetts and finally ended up with an accepted bid for a home in Athol, Massachusetts, ideally located 15 minutes from family. Rosemarie, as busy as she was with her other clients, was at our side throughout the purchase and sales and home inspection processes as well as the appraisal process and closing. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. We are happy to say that besides Rosemarie Ledogar being an outstanding realtor that our friends and family can have confidence in if needed, we can also say that we now consider Rosemarie a good friend as well."
