Working with Ashley was hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but she is on a completely different level. We started working with Ashley through Zillow and we couldn't be happier with our experience! She went above and beyond when we were searching for a rental, doing market research and reaching out regarding our pets to ensure we did not waste our time. Once we secured a rental we worked together to make a timeline for listing our house. She took everything into account and made sure we didn't miss any important steps. Heading into the difficult process of selling my first home was both nerve-racking and stressful. Ashley went well above any of my expectations in this transaction. as is the case with a many sales, we ran into some issues early on. Without hesitation Ashley jump Right in and led the way to resolve the problem that was at hand. If there was an issue with the buyer's financing, she was ahead of the game when we found out we had a major septic issue she took charge and found us the best possible person to fix our problem in a quick and professional fashion. It isreally be hard for me, to put into words the feeling of gratitude I had from working with Ashley during this difficult time. It's very hard to find somebody that really cares about the job they do these days, in any field and especially in the field of real estate.. with so many of these agents just showing up and expecting to get a check at the end of the sale. This was not the case with Ashley she actually did her best to make our home selling experience go as smooth as possible. I cannot express to you how much I would recommend her to be your agent if you're buying or selling.Her strategies from the start of the process to the closing day went very smoothly.I noticed her communication skills.She we always tell me all my options and communicated in a calm rational her response time to any of my questions was outstanding.
