She guided us through positioning, pricing, and timing of the sales process, and brought creative, pragmatic ideas on staging, reducing clutter and selling contents. She was truly tireless in working with us throughout, while being sensitive and respectful for our loss. An additional challenge was the fact that we were managing the process from afar (New Jersey). Adrienne went above and beyond in representing us on the ground in New Orleans, gladly tending to a number of issues such as arranging for repairs and landscaping services; enlisting the services of an appropriate estate sale group; and meeting with various contacts on site in our absence.
