When making the move to Florida, we selected Kim and Baziel to help with our purchase, my wife was very comfortable spending whatever to make the move, I of course was concerned with budget and not losing any money in a crazy fluid market. Kim and Baziel were very helpful in setting expectations and understanding. When we needed a little push to get all we wanted and needed with regard to price and getting us to close, Kim and Baziel were relentless and we felt they was always looking out for us. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with our purchase and our agents. My wife Regina and I highly recommend our realtors. Let me state also that faith is important to my wife and I and there was a point where we thought we might not close due to errors by the title company, I told Kimberly, my faith is in God and if this deal falls through, we will except that as his will, she was very supportive of our decision and faith and I appreciate that so very much. This is the first but I can assure you not my last real estate purchase with Kim and Baziel
