The very best!
From our first meeting with Daniela, which was over FaceTime and a full six months before listing our home with her, I knew she was going to be a huge success! She listens to her clients and works carefully to ensure not only the most sound selling strategies are implemented, but that we feel comfortable throughout the selling process. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s truly an exceptional and kind agent.

Very Attentive to Customers
Ms. Butler was very professional and very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the sale of our property. I would recommend her services in the future. On another note re the company: The only negative thing I can say is about her company and getting the agents paid from the sale of a property in a more timely manner. Whoever takes care of the finalization of the sales works entirely too slow and the agent(s) had to wait well over a month or more for payment.

Very professional
My husband and I moved to Florida from New York in search of a new home. We chose Cathy from a list of realtors in the area. Cathy didn’t waste any time getting us a list of houses to suit our needs. Within the 30 days we closed on this house. The hardest part of this process was choosing between the 3 houses we loved, 1 of which is this house we now own. Thanks to Cathy and her wonderful service. She was very knowledgeable of the areas, gave us great tips on where to make purchases for the upgrades we spoke about. Our teenage daughter describes her as awesome for finding her a house with the only bedroom upstairs away from her parents. We will recommend Cathy to our family and friends.

Very patient with out of state buyers
We purchased a condo in Bahama Bay (Davenport). I contacted Cathy through Zillow and I became confident in her when she was persistent in getting back in touch with me. She was very patient with us since we were several states away. Her knowledge of the market paired with her understanding of our goals turned our purchase into a wise choice.
