With our prospective house in mind, Sonya helped us find a great lender, assisted with the offer negotiation and gave us some great tips that helped us seal the deal to get our offer accepted! We are very happy with Sonya because she made sure that our property was listed in numerous places to get as much exposure as possible. She was continually updating us on what was going on- how many hits we had on our listing, inquiries, interest etc. Within 2 months of listing our property, it sold. This surprised us considering that a land property usually takes between 6 months to a year to get sold. All in all we are very satisfied with Sonya's service & professionalism.
