Hubby and I moved from South Florida to Central FL. If you know anything about moving, you will know how uncomfortable it can be. Now moving a whole family 200+ miles away is such an acrobatic situation. We've met Jerrel by God's plan a few weeks after we've rented an apartment while we loom for our home. Boy, was that a blessing! The market was doing fine at the end of 2020 but as soon as the year turned to 2021, all craziness broke loose. It was a mad house of people waiving appraisal, bidding up $50k over asking, etc... A process we thought was gonna take us a few weeks ended up taking us 7 months! Hubby and I wanted to give up so many times, but Jerrel kept us focus. If it was not for him, we would have still be going at it now. We had some non-negotiables and Jerrel made sure that we didn't settle. He was patience through ALL of our "changes of heart". He never once gave the impression that we were "too picky", or "undecisive", or "expecting too much". which are all things we've heard from other agents before him. He always said "your house is out there and we are going find it". And so we did on Palm Sunday 2021 and closed on Cinco de Mayo!
