The total house process took about 5 months in total from searching to closing & Marisol was the absolute best resource throughout the whole process. This was a very difficult situation & being my first home I knew nothing. She walked my fiance & I through every single step. I reached out to her for things that my processor, lender, & other people involved should have answered for me, but instead she took initiative to reach out for me & get all my questions answered. Her communication skills are immaculate & when you may not understand some things she will find a way to ensure you understand the entire process. She wasn’t just my realtor, she is now a friend & I wouldn’t ever go with anyone else. She will be the realtor for all my friends & family. 100/10 I highly recommend her !
