I am highly impressed by his realtor for a number of reasons: 1. He spends time understanding our needs. Then sends us only listings that meets our specific interest, rather than sending random listings 2.He makes himself available to go with us to see the house. The first thing he does he points us the negatives, before the positive. He is surely not someone that is eager to close a deal to get a commission. 3. He is quite experience in the mortgage and the closing issues. He would go over all the paper works and advise us on how to proceed. His actions make you trust him

Mina was a very patient realtor during the whole process from listing to the final day of closing. His communication skills are much better than most of the realtors I have worked with in the past (I've worked with several at this point in my life). If you need certain details explained on the contract or from an addendum, Mina will gladly explain it to you or give you his professional opinion and let you make your own decision. I was able to have discussions with him and come to my own conclusion about certain sellers and their requests, pictures and description of my property listing online, and even the concessions after the inspection report. So if your communication skills are good and you like working with people of the same standard or higher, then I'd recommend him.
