•We had our home for sale with another realtor and then tried to sell it on our own with no success. We decide to try to sell our home for the last time with Shaynn at New Directions. He got the job done and our home finally sold. It was a really tuff sell since our home was on a busy street and a lot of unforeseen issues happed with the buyer. We then found a home we really liked, but the seller had many offers already that day we put in our offer. Shaynn was able to seal the deal and the seller accepted our offer. I was very impressed with Shaynn since we are impatient people and he was caring and patient with us. I know I gave 5 stars and I rarely do on reviews, but I cant say enough about the service I received from Shaynn. I would recommend him or any one at New Directions.
