•We were introduced to Jenni by a friend when we were looking for a vacation home in Florida. We are so glad she did. Jenni was such a great resource, we were able to view properties through her site that she set up specifically for us. We were able to narrow down the ones we liked to our favorites. Since we were out of state, Jenni went above and beyond, she made a video of a homes that we were interested in, which helped to plan our visit once we were able to fly down. We could not ask for more, Jenni was not only able to help with the decision making of our future home. She helped answer all our questions we had with first steps of the initial proposal, counter proposal, home inspection recommendation, home warranty, what to expect from loan process. She also specializes in new home construction to closing. We are forever grateful to her and her team, Jenni will be our choice for any future real-estate endeavors.
Jenni went well above what was expected, we are from out of state and she toured a few homes for us via Zoom. It was very helpful, we purchased one of the townhomes she did this for. Very friendly and fun to be with. When we move down there permanently, she’s our gal. ??
