From the beginning, I was so impressed by her credentials, background and knowledge of properties in University Park, that she was the only agent I interviewed. My initial impression was born out by the entire selling process. Not only was Marina professional in all she does, but she made the process seamless. We have lived in our nearly 3800 square foot house for 24 years and deconstructing it seemed like an overwhelming task, especially since my husband has been progressively ill and was admitted to an assisted living facility after I signed on with Marina. Marina is extremely well organized and knows what should be done and when. She has large range of clients to whom to show a house and gets go work swiftly and with great focus. The proof of this is that our house sold in one day for the full asking price and all in cash. She even offered the services of a devoted employee to assist me with packing.
