Marina Solo listed our home in Lakewood Ranch around the first of January 2025, and sold it on February 24th of 2025. This is remarkable given market conditions in Florida, and we attribute this relatively quick sale to Marina’s efforts and approach. Marina is a pro in every sense of the word. There are no agents working harder than Marina Solo. She thoroughly understands the many nuances of the real estate business which is so important in Florida where many agents work part-time and do not treat the profession seriously. Marina’s marketing material is the best we’ve ever seen and perfectly represented the positive attributes of our home. She consistently communicated where things stood and was excellent at calming our nerves during such a stressful and uncertain time for my wife and me. Marina’s approach is to focus on sellers only rather than representing both buyers and sellers. This allowed Marina the time to attend every showing. The buyer’s agents are often unfamiliar with the details of the homes they are touring with the buyers, so Marina’s presence at every showing allowed her to stress our home’s attributes and address objections from the prospective buyers in real-time. We will never list another home in the future without the agent’s full commitment to participating in every showing. And you would never want to be on the opposite side of the negotiation table from Marina. She is a tough and tenacious negotiator and delivered the best possible deal to my wife and me. We also appreciated working with Ewa Kolakowski in preparing our home for sale. Three years ago we interviewed a few Bradenton area Realtors and came upon the fabulous team of Lauren Hofing and Maureen Gallagher. We regularly received listings specific to our preferences after our first outing to view properties. In February 2025 while vacationing in Florida we found the property, made an offer with a two week closing request and Lauren made it happen!
