We had a wonderful experience letting Marina sell our house. As we are out of towners, it is important that we do not spend too much travelling. Whenever we had questions or problems she would answer or take care of them in a timely fashion and was extremely professional. One of her amazing skills was to setup/decorate our house for viewing. Marina represented the seller for the house my husband and I bought a couple of months ago. Whenever we needed to take a look at something in the house before closing, she was so accommodating and would be there for us. She knows all of the vendors in the area and would give us recommendations of good people so we could get the house fixed up quickly. She thoroughly knows the real estate market--especially in University Park. She is a hard worker as well as gracious and charming, which is why she does well here.
