Upon deciding to sell our home, we interviewed 2 realtors before deciding which company would best represent the sale of our property. We had a unique home whereby traditional square footage price basis did not apply. Upon seeing the house, Jeff immediately recognized the value of the volume and amenities the home offered. He suggested an asking price we believed was appropriate for for property. During our interview , Jeff explained how he intended to market the home. We required personal attention and representation at all showings. We were opposed to open houses and requested that all showings be to qualified buyers. Jeff introduced us to his wife Hilda, who attended every showing and who provided concise immediate feed back. When the home appeared on the market, the surprisingly high volume of activity began immediately which resulted in an offer within two days. After receiving an offer, Jeff and Hilda continued showings. The contract and negotiating process was handled personally and professionally by Jeff who represented the seller’s best interest. The sale process, including representation at inspection, weekly updates and preparing for closing was handled seamlessly by Jeff and his outstanding support team. The communication was superb.
