Good morning My name is Delores Keane (Jean). I want to express my appreciation to the Tricoli Team Real Estate. I decided to put my house up for sale in April of this year. I had lived in the house for 35 years but over time the repairs started adding up. My husband died in 2000 and I had no one to help me keep up with them and when I got to the point where I wanted to sell I started looking for a good realtor. I did like everyone else does and I went to google and Ryan Garcia from Tricoli Realty popped up as the best there is. I called on a Thursday and Ryan was at my house on the following Monday. Ryan was very nice and I felt that he would be honest with me and get me what I thought my house was worth. I was right. He followed thru like he said he would and with great pictures of the house and postings I was able to sell in two months. That was very impressive. Ryan was always there when I had a question or concern. Even on weekends. If he wasn’t available after I left a message I would immediately receive a call back from Virgil. Virgil was also very helpful. This was the first time I had ever dealt with a realtor and I’m so glad I chose this one.
