The Tricoli Team provided the best realtor experience I have ever had. They provided a listing that was truly unique in that it included a 360 degree view of each room. They were in constant contact with us through out the entire process and got us a contract for well above the listed price. Ryan initially came to our home and reviewed the whole process with us. Even though we were not ready to list at that time, Ryan kept in touch with us and kept sending us listings for homes in the community we to which we wanted to move. When we were ready to list, Ryan guided us through the process, answering all of our questions quickly and professionally. If Ryan was not available, Delisha responded to us almost immediately. Although I was concerned about my ability to manage all this, Ryan worked very hard to allay my fears and stepped in whenever needed to help. This even included going over to my dad's apt. in assisted living to get paperwork signed while I was on Face Time from out of state in Maryland. The home was sold quickly and seamlessly with no issues. The final sale price was beyond my expectations and was a plus for my father to cement his ability to provide for whatever he needs in his last years.
