I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Everything went smoothly. And that is something: I couldn't imagine that moving from one state to another would have been so (because of the bureaucracy involved this complicated).
