We had an exceptional experience working with the Tricoli Team to purchase our new home. We were relocating from Fort Lauderdale and our realtor, Josh Malenfant, went out of his way to educate us about communities in Palm Beach that could be a good fit for our family. When there were times we could not drive up to view a home right away, Josh always made himself available to give us a virtual tour. Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. This was extremely valuable to us as we were assessing our options and deciding what properties to make offers on. The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. From beginning to end the entire process was carefully explained and the team made themselves available anytime I had a question or concern. Chase, thank you so much for all your help in the process. He always kept us updated, he was realistic and honest about what to expect from our first meeting. Us a seller you may don't want hear all fees and process that takes to sell, however I appreciated to hear from the beginning that get surprised down the road. Our was a condo and there are many pieces in the equation that need to be aligned in order to make the sell in a condo. And he was knowledgeable and knew what the process was and what needed to be done in order to make it happen.
