The Tricoli Team was first rate in every regard. As we were selling a condo unit from a long distance away, it was especially important to us to have a broker who was knowledgeable and responsive. Not only did they list the unit and market it actively, but they also put us in touch with resources who helped clean out the unit, paint it and prepare it for sale. They were very helpful with the negotiation with the buyer, the documentation process was easy and the closing and funding went very smoothly. All in all, an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to others. Special kudos to Ryan Garcia who was our point person on the sale.

I'm telling you this team runs like a well oiled machine! I had Nicole (my go to) who not only was quick to respond to my texts but also to my calls. If I had a question or concern she was on it! That was so appreciated and she really made the whole process go so much smoother. Then I had Rose who helped me with both the inspection and addendums! The explanations were clear and concise. I had Al who kept me notified on feedback from the people looking at my property. I also had Gale who helped me through the appraisal. I'm sure I'm leaving someone out but these stood out.
