•Rhiannon helped us buy our first house in 2012 and sell it in 2019. She also helped us buy our current house that same year. Rhiannon's advice and knowledge has saved us so many times. Our first house was a short sale, which took a long time to go through. She stuck with it and made sure that we saved as much money as possible. Because of her hard work, we were able to sell that same house for much more money than we bought it for and were able to use the profits for a sizable down payment to buy our dream, lakefront property last year. She negotiated so well for us on our current property and got us such a great deal. Her knowledge has saved us so much money over the years. She treats us like family and takes such good care of us every time! We will not hesitate to use Rhiannon again if we ever decided to sell.
