I’ve worked with a number of real estate agents in the past but have to share my exceptional experience with Stephanie Sills. I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for in a new home. However, I was looking to move to a brand new community, and I didn’t have a contact that knew the area well. I was so fortunate to have found Stephanie. She’s not only honest, proactive and conscientious, but her genuine curiosity and attention to every possible detail made what could be an emotional and anxiety-ridden process into a comfortable, effortless experience. I felt like Stephanie had my back through the entire process; and she was super accommodating. One tip: Stephanie has a portal that she introduces to clients for referrals of services (electrician, contractor, painters, etc), which I found to be overwhelming. I called her for referrals, instead, which proved to be much more valuable than the online service.
