•Finding an amazing home is a process and a time consuming one that simply has to feel right, not just close or almost there. Dina went above and beyond every step of the way along my journey to make sure that I found a home that felt right to me. There were things that I discovered along the way about what I wanted or didn't want. She would immediately take those into consideration and work to filter out the ones that she knew would not be a good fit. She also did a great job of thinking outside the box to accomplish those goals whether it was a different neighborhood, price point, etc. From a negotiation perspective, her vast experience and sense of timing made the whole process much easier to navigate. She thought of angles that I never would have considered otherwise. Also, if she thought I was being too aggressive or asking for too much, she would say so and give me her opinion as to why and how we can shift our approach for the best results. She is always professional and will bring a fun, positive energy to the experience. I highly recommend working with Dina whether you are looking to buy or sell, she will find a way to help you achieve your real estate goals!
