•Chad is the man! He has over 15 years of real estate experience and is a top seller in the area. I contacted Chad after interviewing and working with several real estate agents. I was frustrated with the lack of attention and professionalism on the extra touches. I met Chad through networking and we hit it off. He is great at explaining the market and is very forthcoming about providing realistic expectations. He has a system he uses to sell homes and it works. We sold our home pre-MLS in an area in Austin that typically does not sell fast. He was also extremely helpful in gauging out offers in the hot area we were trying to buy from. I highly recommend him for any home buyer, seller, or investor.
